TORTA DEL DIABLO


TORTA DEL DIABLO CON ARÁNDANOS

INGREDIENTES: (Para el bizcocho)150 gr mantequilla, 220 gr de azúcar, 80 gr de cacao en polvo sin azúcar, 300 ml de leche, 3 huevos, 200 gr de harina, 16 gr de levadura en polvo y 75 gr de mermelada de arándanos,  (para el glaseado) 100 gr de chocolate, 20 gr de mantequilla, 90 ml de nata.


BIZCOCHO
  • Poner la mantequilla en el microondas durante un minuto a potencia media.
  • En un bowl batir con una varilla de mano la mantequilla y el azúcar hasta que la mezcla blanquee. Reservar.
  • En un bowl mezclar el cacao en polvo y la leche hasta que no queden grumos y añadirlo a la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar. Mezclar con la varilla hasta que la mezcla sea homogénea.
  • Añadir los huevos uno a uno y seguir batiendo. 
  • Tamizar la harina y la levadura sobre la mezcla y batir con la varilla.
  •  Poner la mezcla en un molde para horno previamente engrasado. Precalentar el horno a 180º durante 10 minutos e introducir la masa durante 40 minutos.

GLASEADO
  •  Poner el chocolate y la mantequilla en un cazo y ponerlo sobre fuego lento. Mezclar con una cuchara de madera. Cuando esté derretido añadir la nata.
  • Dejarla enfriar 5 minutos y volver a remover con la cuchara.
  •  Cuando el bizcocho esté hecho dejarlo enfriar 10 minutos y cortarlo por la mitad. Untar una de las partes con la mermelada de arándanos y volver a poner la tapa de arriba. Cubrir con el glaseado y dejar enfriar durante 20 minutos en la nevera.

ACOMPAÑAMIENTOS: Este bizcocho se puede servir con mermelada de naranja, nata montada o chocolate líquido, entre otras opciones.
Ideal para acompañar un café o una infusión.
TRUCOS: Si el bizcocho no se ha cocinado pero ya está dorado por arriba, sacar del horno, taparlo con papel de aluminio y volver a introducir en el horno el tiempo necesario.
Una vez se haya introducido el bizcocho en el horno, nunca se debe abrir la puerta del horno antes de haber pasado 30 minutos, o el bizcocho no subirá.
TIEMPO DE PREPARACIÓN: 1 hora (incluyendo el tiempo de horneado).






DEVIL'S CAKE WITH BLUEBERRIES JAM

 INGREDIENTS: (for the cake) 150 g of butter, 220 g of sugar, 80 gr of unsweetened cocoa powder, 300 ml of milk, 3 eggs, 200 gr of  flour, 16 gr of baking powder and 75 g of blueberry jam, (for glazing) 100g of chocolate, 20 g of butter, 90 ml cream.


CAKE
  • Put the butter in the microwave for one minute at medium power. 
  •  In a bowl beat with a whisk butter and sugar until the mixture whitens. Set aside.
  • In a bowl mix the cocoa powder and milk until no lumps are left and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix with the whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Add the eggs one by one and continue beating.
  •  Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and beat with the whisk.
  •  Put the mixture in a baking pan previously greased. Preheat oven to 180 º for 10 minutes and insert the dough for 40 minutes.
  
GLAZE
  • Put the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and place it over low heat. Mix with a wooden spoon . When melted add the cream.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes then stir with a wooden spoon .
  • When the cake is done let it cool for 10 minutes and cut it in half . Spread one side with blueberry jam and replace the top cover . Cover with glaze and let it cool for 20 minutes in the fridge.  




SIDE DISHES: This cake can be serve with orange mermelade, whipped cream or chocolate sauce, among others.
TIPS: If the cake is not cooked but it is brown on top, remove from oven, cover it with foil and put it in the oven again the time needed.
Once you have put the cake in the oven, never open the oven door before 30 minutes have passed, or the cake will not rise.
PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour (including baking time).
